Management is getting the work done through others using any and all resources available, and many of those resources are intangible.
If you stay the best technician in the room, the department cannot grow past your two hands.

Every manager (Chassis)
- List every task you still do yourself. Circle the ones a trained person could own in 14 days.
- Name the intangible resources you actually use: trust, example, clarity, recognition, access to the owner.
General Manager
- Walk each department and count how many results still require your personal presence. Those are un-managed gears.
Owner
- If a result cannot happen unless you personally do it, that is not a company. It is a job with extra people around it.
