- Stop speaking of 'they' when you mean leadership or another department. Use 'we' and mean it.
- When your team complains about another gear, walk over with them and solve the hand-off.

- Kill public blame between Sales and Production in the first meeting you hear it. Reset the internal-customer rule.

- Never vent about a department in front of another. Your shadow becomes their war.
