Every manager (Chassis)
- Write a one-page department mission: function, output, KPI, Visual Ambition number, current Growing Up initiative. Recite it with your boss until both of you can.
General Manager
- Collect one-pagers from every manager. If any two conflict, you have a clarity problem, not a people problem.
Owner
- If a manager cannot state the KPI and the 'how' for this year, you have not finished Visioneering with them.
