Every manager (Chassis)
- Protect 45 minutes daily for one capacity-building action: train, document, recruit, or improve a process.
- End the day with one sentence: what can this team do tomorrow that it could not do this morning?
General Manager
- Ask each manager: what did you make easier for next week? If the answer is nothing, they are only doing, not managing.
Owner
- Score the week on two columns: revenue produced, and capability added. Both columns must move.
