Wow! Foreman is not a title on a shirt. The crew copies language, pace, cleanliness, and how surprises get handled. If the foreman is average, the company is average in that house — no matter what Marketing printed on the yard sign.
You cannot inspect every minute. You can install a foreman who already would.
