  • At 5 people, start weekly one-on-ones. At 10, start developing a second-in-command.

General Manager

  • Match coaching to department size. A 2-person department and a 20-person department are different jobs.

Owner

  • When you cross 20 employees, your personal seat on the Business Machine should start disappearing.
