You may have inherited the team, but that does not mean you keep low performers. You need people who want to be here, have the skills or can learn them, and are engaged.
People will lower their performance to meet low expectations.

- Sort the roster: want to be here / can learn / engaged. Anyone missing two of three is a 30-day plan or an exit.
General Manager
- Support a new manager who inherited a weak roster. Give them permission and a timeline to upgrade.
