Problems are easier when they are small
Do not ignore warning signs. If a leader smells a problem, go to it and gather information. One unmanaged crisis becomes a cascade.
A wrong hire, ignored, can become a crashed truck, a newspaper, and a talent walkout.

Every manager (Chassis)
- Notify the owner on true crises. Do not hide bad news to look competent.
- Walk toward irritation, speeding trucks, and quiet star performers. Those are early signals.
General Manager
- Install a simple crisis tree: safety, legal, reputation, cash. Who is called, in what order.
Owner
- Reward early bad news. Punish surprises that sat in a drawer.
