Communicate what is expected to the team often, even the obvious things. Create clarity so everybody is going in the same direction. Use Vision, Mission, and Values to guide direction and behavior.
What is obvious to you is often news to them.

- Repeat the weekly number and the standard at the start of every meeting. Do not assume last week stuck.

- Audit one department meeting a month. If the VMV never appears, communication is only operational.
