Bankruptcy is running out of cash, not running out of revenue

Accrual profit can look fine while payroll bounces. You cannot pay bills or feed a family with receivables. A dollar today is better than a dollar tomorrow. Set a goal of zero receivables. There is no good reason to want people to owe you money.

Companies go under with plenty of work because they cannot pay.
